Thank you for being a part of AWS Cloud Club at Lovely Professional University. We're committed to providing high-quality cloud computing education, resources, and events to our members. This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines regarding refunds for memberships, event registrations, and other services.

Important Notice

Please read this policy carefully before making any payments to AWS Cloud Club LPU. By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

⚠️ Event-Based Refund Policy

Refund policies vary based on the specific event or service. Please check the individual event details or contact our support team to verify the applicable refund policy for your specific purchase.

1. Membership Fees

AWS Cloud Club LPU membership fees are generally non-refundable, except under the following circumstances:

  • 7-Day Cooling Period: New members may request a full refund within 7 days of initial membership payment if they have not accessed any premium resources or attended any member-only events.
  • Technical Error: If a technical error results in a duplicate payment or incorrect charge, we will issue a full refund for the erroneous amount.
  • Service Unavailability: If AWS Cloud Club LPU ceases operations during your paid membership period, a prorated refund may be issued for the remaining unused portion of your membership.

2. Workshop and Event Registration

For paid workshops, bootcamps, and special events:

  • Cancellation by Participant:
    • ✓ 100% refund if cancelled 14 or more days before the event
    • ✓ 50% refund if cancelled 7-13 days before the event
    • ✗ No refund if cancelled less than 7 days before the event
  • Cancellation by AWS Cloud Club LPU: Full refund if an event is cancelled by AWS Cloud Club LPU for any reason.
  • Event Rescheduling: If an event is rescheduled, participants will be automatically registered for the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, you may request a refund within 7 days of the rescheduling announcement.

3. Digital Resources and Materials

For purchased digital resources:

  • Downloadable Content: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable content (e-books, code templates, etc.) are final and non-refundable once access has been provided.
  • Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues that prevent access to purchased digital content, please contact our support team within 48 hours of purchase for assistance or a potential refund.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  • • Submit a refund request through our official website or by emailing club@awslpu.in
  • • Include your full name, transaction ID, date of purchase, and reason for refund
  • • All approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7-10 business days

5. Force Majeure

AWS Cloud Club LPU reserves the right to modify or cancel events due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemic restrictions, civil unrest, or technological failures. In such cases, we will endeavor to provide reasonable alternatives or appropriate refunds.

6. Policy Changes

AWS Cloud Club LPU reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically.
